• 1.1Led Auth0-to-WorkOS authentication migration across the platform, including per-device-type WorkOS apps and TV API auth for a HIPAA- and SOC 2 Type II-compliant disability care product.
• 1.2Architected and built Clara Insights, a multi-tenant analytics platform with per-organization MotherDuck warehouses and Vercel Workflow-driven incremental syncs from PlanetScale, targeting a 6-hour freshness SLA.
• 1.3Migrated Clara Insights off a standalone GCP Python service onto Vercel Workflows + cron; integrated Infisical for Insights org secrets and established it as the app path for KMS/secrets.
• 1.4Designed Clara Insights' NL→SQL query framework with a model-context safety gate, self-service reporting UI, and scheduled email delivery for organization-specific operational analytics, generating reports in ≤90 seconds with ≤5 tool calls.
• 1.5Used Next.js function caching for MotherDuck Postgres connection tokens and prompt caching for NL→SQL so incremental updates stay fast, and routed workloads to Sonnet/GPT-class models for cost-efficient inference.
• 1.6Implemented PHI audit logging as a Prisma client extension across PHI-sensitive models, handling ~400k row writes/day with a ~124 GB hot table retained for 91 days before archival.
• 1.7Migrated PHI archive jobs to Vercel Workflows (Parquet → S3 Hive partitions → Athena) with retry/backoff for compliance querying, and added repo-wide guardrail tests around PHI-sensitive models.
• 1.8Built an internal operations console for org provisioning and sales onboarding, including CRM-linked org creation, WorkOS invitations, Resend, and Stripe billing flows.
• 1.9Shipped Convex lexical + vector search and TV content delivery APIs on a shared tRPC backend used across the platform.
• 1.10Consolidated the vendor stack by migrating Sentry + Datadog to PostHog (4M+ monthly events), SendGrid to Resend, and Railway one-off services into an internal ops management dashboard on Vercel.
